Overview The Global Filter Mechanical Engineer will report to the Engineering Manager and will be based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The Mechanical Engineer position is critical to our business both in terms of long-term success and day-to-day operations. This individual is responsible for supporting Global Filter's goals & objectives by utilizing lean manufacturing concepts, transitioning new products from design to manufacturing, and maximizing overall effectiveness in accordance with organizational needs. The Mechanical Engineer will identify & solve problems by implementing effective solutions and ensuring safety is a top priority.
