OVERVIEW Merrick is hiring a Power Transmission Engineer / Technical Lead . This role can be located anywhere in the US, but ideally in the Southeast. You will have the opportunity to build and lead a transmission engineering team. The preferred candidate is a current electric transmission system engineer interested in an opportunity to build and lead a transmission engineering program at Merrick. The preferred candidate will be someone who appreciates the freedom and autonomy to make decisions and be a leader. This individual must have recent experience of performing transmission system engineering and preferably electric distribution engineering experience.
