Job Title: Mechanical Engineer Department: Engineering Department Reports To: Engineering Manager Status: Full-Time/Exempt Summary: The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for the design, installation, evaluation, and improvement of mechanical systems and plant equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This role focuses on system upgrades, mechanical design, and engineering support for capital projects and existing equipment. The position also contributes to process engineering efforts by providing subject matter expertise to ensure process capability and design intent. Salary Information: Minimum Hiring Rate: $70,700/year Maximum Hiring Rate: $110,000/year Monthly Bonus opportunities up to 9% of base monthly pay Benefits: All full-time positions are eligible for health, dental, vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, and 401k match up to 5%.
