Overview We're looking for an Manufacturing Engineer to support our Electrical Solutions & Prefabrication group in Champlin, MN. Unlike a traditional mass-production role, this position acts as a bridge between custom, high-mix/low-volume make-to-order shop operations and dynamic field installations. The Manufacturing Engineer will serve as a core optimization partner, driving the documentation of standardized workflows, designing flexible workstation strategies, and leveraging operational data to optimize panel shop, prefabrication shop, and active job site construction processes.
