Process Engineer The Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing processes across all areas of production. The Process Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, troubleshoot existing process, develop new product lines, reduce scrap, and drive efficiency in our operations. Duties and Responsibilities Develop, design, implement efficient processes to improve overall operational performance. Work closely with operational departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Implement and lead initiatives to optimize existing processes and increase throughput. Champion new product development from cradle to grave, including quotes, composite design, bill of material structure, tooling, first article, control plans, and product launch.
