Job Summary Provide leadership and direction to the Design Engineering staff in line with the organizations vision and values. Develops departmental plans to achieve short term and long range goals. Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure professional development and to accomplish department objectives. Build and develop strategic internal/external relationships to help achieve department objectives. Facilitate and encourage the improvement of existing processes, policies and procedures. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the staff to ensure the completion of goals and department objectives. Collaborate with peers within NiSource to ensure effective solutions.
