POSITION GOAL: The Civil Engineer Associate l will perform basic engineering duties associated with the construction or civil engineering projects. This position will support all aspects of design projects for roadways, utilities, sewers, bridges, etc.; prepare schematics & models; perform analysis & engineering calculations; develop plans, specifications & estimates; prepare technical engineering reports; perform construction management for various projects.
