POSITION GOAL The PMO Civil Project Engineer III will oversee and manage various service providers to support the Chicago Department of Water's (DWM) multi-billion Capital Improvement Program (CIP). This position will provide oversight to various service providers in completing a range of CIP projects, including planning, design, and construction oversight. Furthermore, this role will also perform moderate to advanced level project management functions.
