POSITION GOAL: The Civil Engineer Associate II will perform mid-level engineering duties associated with the design of civil engineering projects. This position supports all aspects of design projects for roadways, utilities, transit, etc.; prepare schematics & models; performs analysis & engineering calculations; develops plans, specifications & estimates; prepares technical engineering reports; may perform field duties for various civil engineering projects.
