Key Responsibilities Safety Leadership Promote Safety: Maintain a proactive, zero-incident safety culture across all engineering and maintenance activities. Procedure Development: Partner with the Safety Department to review, revise, and develop robust safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Safe Cell Entry. Document Control: Review and approve "controlled" technical documentation on an annual basis to ensure compliance. VPP Support: Actively assist and support OSHA Voluntary Protection Programs (VPP) initiatives and audits. Project Management & Engineering Scope Development: Write comprehensive Scope of Work (SOW) documents covering mechanical, electrical, and civil requirements clear enough for external vendor bidding.
