The Engineering Manager leads the facility's engineering, maintenance, and project management initiatives. This role manages capital projects from inception to completion, and ensures the highest standards of workplace safety and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, automation and controls knowledge, and hands-on experience in heavy industrial manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities Safety Leadership & Compliance Promote Safety Culture: Maintain, practice, and enforce a zero-injury workplace safety environment across all technical teams. Procedure Development: Partner with the Safety Department to review, revise, and develop robust technical safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Safe Cell Entry. Document Control: Review, update, and formally approve "controlled" technical documentation on an annual basis.
