This position will provide Project Engineering support for the Cloquet Mill. Main duties include engineering and managing capital projects from scoping through successful start-up. Work will consist of managing designers, vendors, consultants, and contractors as required to complete projects in a safe, cost competitive, and timely manner. Occasional maintenance technical support will also be required. Responsibilities: Manage capital projects through all phases including pre-feasibility study, conceptual design, execution planning, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, optimization, and close-out. Develop scope of work, schedules, and estimates for capital projects as required for budgeting Provide technical engineering and project management oversight for the design, installation, and maintenance of plant systems.
