The Process Engineer will perform routine entry to advanced level engineering tasks under the direct supervision of the shop manager with the goal of developing more advanced applied engineering and managerial skills. The Process Engineer will be involved in the development of new equipment and processes, when necessary. Key Result Accountabilities Provides general support to the engineering department. Provides specific support to the assigned operation. Participates in the daily production and maintenance activities with the melt operators. Oversees and assess existing processes and workflows. Optimizes productivity by designing, implementing, and testing new procedures. Assembles reports to document process status and changes.
