As part of the Water Design Center for Garver in College Station, TX, this Senior Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for developing mechanical designs in support of various Water Business Line projects. General responsibilities will include mechanical design (HVAC, water supply systems, drain systems, etc.) as required for a variety of water and wastewater projects around the region. Specifically, this responsibility will include a variety of projects related to investigating, planning, design, and commissioning of mechanical systems. As a member of Garver's growing Water Design Center, the Structural Engineer (SE) will be responsible for developing structural designs in support of water and wastewater treatment projects and related facilities. The Structural Engineer will lead a project team of junior engineers, designers, and technicians to produce plans and specifications and manage workload on various Water Business Line projects. This role in the Water Design Center will consist of providing structural support as required for a variety of water and wastewater projects, but the majority of the expected assignments will be related to developing structural designs for new water and wastewater treatments plants or improvements to existing water and wastewater treatment facilities.
