Job Summary: The Industrial Engineering Intern will assist with data collection for the development of factory simulation software by performing time studies and analyzing existing data, suggesting process improvement opportunities, and assisting with factory layout changes. This role supports optimizing the manufacturing of advanced packaging of wafer and die level bare silicon products.
