Summary Note: This position is open to U.S. Persons only. The Project Engineer is responsible for managing integration, design, and development of brake and clutch products across a wide portfolio. The incumbent will provide technical leadership and support for the refinement and assimilation of products into the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS) using practices of CI, 80/20, VAVE, and NPD. Candidates likely to succeed in the role will have strong product application for electromechanical products and processes. They will have mastery of product realization and the ability to envision product potential and capability. This collaborative role will provide multiple opportunities to partner across multiple sites in the U.S. and internationally.
