MRB Engineer Position Overview At Aurora Flight Sciences, we design, build, and fly advanced aircraft and enabling technologies from concept to reality. We are searching for a talented and self-motivated MRB Engineer to help us create the future of flight. Key Activities and Position Responsibilities Develop quality procedures according to customer requirements and process specifications. Develop and maintain sampling plans using recognized statistical methods. Determine measurable quality improvement plans. Prepare reports and make recommendations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data. Monitor, test, and inspect products to meet specified standards. Review customer and/ engineering drawings for identification of key characteristics and critical items. Participate on Change Board and MRB Board. Participate in FAIs. Perform and lead internal audits to ensure readiness for external audits. Perform and lead root cause analysis to identify cause and specify appropriate preventive actions.
