The purpose of this position is to perform professional and administrative engineering functions and to develop and implement programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Infrastructure Design & Technical Analysis Multi-Modal Design: Lead the design and technical review of municipal infrastructure, including roadways (NCDOT standards), greenways/shared-use paths (ADA compliance), and water/sewer lines.
