Job Purpose The Senior Engineering Manager is responsible for the planning, installation, operation, maintenance, and improvement of all manufacturing and physical plant assets in a 24/7 manufacturing operation. Under the direction of the Vice President of Operations, the Senior Engineering Manager will lead the Engineering, Reliability, and Maintenance teams with a focus on safety, reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Management of the Engineering, Reliability & Maintenance functions in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. Direct Reports include Reliability & Maintenance Manager, Engineers (5).
