Position Summary Under general supervision, the Substation Engineer 2 executes standard substation designs and provides construction/commissioning support. Produces complete design packages, coordinates with internal/external partners, and ensures designs align with IEEE/NESC and CoServ standards and with PUCT/ERCOT/NERC expectations.
