Job Description Description SAIC is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to support the US Navy in Crane, IN . JOB DESCRIPTION: You will be part of a collaborative team of engineers and support technicians working to bring a variety of mechanical designs from the early concept stage all the way through fabrication. JOB RESPONSIBLITIES: Provide technical leadership and management services for several mechanical launch/platform systems. Manage SAIC's technical engineering activities and provide leadership for engineers, designers, CAD draftsmen and technicians in support of the TRIDENT (D5) missile systems, the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) missile systems used on the new COLUMBIA/DREADNOUGHT CLASS submarines.
