Job Description: Job Summary The Product Engineer III is responsible for designing, developing, and launching innovative products from concept through production. This role applies advanced engineering principles to create manufacturable, cost-effective, and high-quality products while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product performance, manufacturing efficiency, and continuous innovation. Key Responsibilities: Lead new product development (NPI) projects from concept through production. Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and Value Engineering principles. Develop and maintain 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and product specifications. Perform structural analysis, FMEA, material selection, and product validation testing.
