Job Description Hamilton Connections is seeking candidate for a Jr manufacturing engineer position at a manufacturing company in Danbury CT. This is a direct-hire opportunity. The Jr manufacturing engineer provides full and complete manufacturing engineering support to production to facilitate the manufacturing of simple to highly complex electro-mechanical products. The hours are 7 a.m.-5:30 p.m., Monday-Thursday. The salary is $55,000 a year. Job Responsibilities: Review new-build opportunities for go/no go and identify if any new tooling is required Review Gerber's and create PCB panelization drawings Generate digitization of files as needed Generate labor time estimates for new opportunities Create and/or update visual aids and process plans Specify and order SMT stencils Attend production readiness review meetings Review and address all TAR's; solve technical production issues as they arise Analyze MCN's to determine the most efficient way of introducing such...
