POSITION HIGHLIGHTS: • Assist in creating and/or updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs) and Lift Plans (LPs). • Support data collection and analysis for process improvement projects (cycle time, takt time, down time, scrap rates). • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen events and 5S activities. • Assist with quality improvement tasks including PFMEA updates and corrective actions (CAPA). • Provide support for project management, including creating/updating Gantt charts creating status reports, and working with vendors. QUALIFICATIONS: • Actively pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics preferred) • Students going into Junior or Senior level preferred • Experience with 2D and 3D CAD required; experience with Autodesk (AutoCAD and Inventor) preferred but not required • Proficient in Excel and other MS Office products required. • Engaged self-starter with a strong desire to apply...
