Summary: Researches, develops, designs, sustains and tests mechanical/electromechancial products and systems, related to commercial HVAC equipment. POSITION HIGHLIGHTS: • Assist in creating and/or updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs) and Lift Plans (LPs). • Support data collection and analysis for process improvement projects (cycle time, takt time, down time, scrap rates). • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen events and 5S activities. • Assist with quality improvement tasks including PFMEA updates and corrective actions (CAPA). • Provide support for project management, including creating/updating Gantt charts creating status reports, and working with vendors.
