Objectives of this Role Designing and developing innovative solutions for continuous improvement. Determine project scope and design/acquire the necessary materials for implementation. Provide technical support for maintenance and operations and aid in troubleshooting systems. Work with engineering team on larger capital projects. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities Development and/or improvement of production and maintenance methods and processes. Aid maintenance in troubleshooting equipment issues.
