Description BASIC FUNCTION: Under general direction, leads and manages civil/site planning, design coordination, consultant oversight, permitting support, and construction documentation for the design, development, and construction of new and existing hotels and commercial real estate. GENERAL JOB DUTIES: 1. Work directly with the Development Team, Architects and Engineers in exploring multiple conceptual site planning options for potential hotel/commercial parcels. 2. Prepares complete civil construction document packages. Coordinate civil drawings with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. Ensure documents are permit-ready and constructible. 3. Direct and manage outside civil consultants, including scope coordination, technical review, schedule tracking, and quality control of consultant deliverables. 4.
