Description Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to Operations, Maintenance, and Hashrate teams on troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of plant equipment. Utilize predictive maintenance techniques, including vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and ultrasonic inspection, to monitor equipment health and prevent failures. Lead heat rate improvement initiatives to reduce fuel consumption through system analysis and implementation of best practices. Plan, coordinate, and manage maintenance schedules, outages, and capital projects; oversee vendor selection, contracts, and execution. Maintain and update technical documentation, including drawings, system descriptions, and control narratives.
