Position Summary: This position is an intern position for Manufacturing Engineering. The position is designed to allow students the opportunity to learn and apply industrial/manufacturing engineering techniques in a manufacturing environment. This role consists of full-time employment in the Summer of 2026 and part-time employment during the school year. Students will gain experience in: • Solid Works • AutoCAD • Plant Layout • Time study • CNC Machining • Lean Manufacturing techniques • Working with all levels and disciplines in a manufacturing environment • Project Management Principal Responsibilities: • Assist manufacturing engineers in developing standard work including work instructions and time studies. • Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma tools, and structured problem-solving methodologies. • Assist manufacturing engineers with production projects including new equipment selection and purchase. • Evaluate...
