Position Summary The successful employee will possess experience in a manufacturing industry with increasing responsibilities in Engineering ,Operations and Quality. Strong focus on process improvement and waste elimination in their responsible areas working closely with Manufacturing and Quality. The Process Engineer will apply the following techniques and processes, teach and mentor best practices (Lean, Six Sigma, DFM, DFA, DOE, FMEA, VA/VE, etc.). Essential Functions Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality liason to production during production hours. Provide technical guidence to site, towards assuring product/process compliance with engineering drawings and specifications. Work closely with customer, manufacturing, quality and engineering to eliminate roadblocks and communicaiton barriers that may affect quality requirements.
