Municipal Design Engineer Position Type: Full Time Office: Malvern, and Easton, PA Responsibilities: • Design tasks include stormwater and detention basin, and infrastructure rehabilitation, various state and local permitting. • Report preparation. • Preparation of permit applications. • Review of subdivision plans and utility plans submitted by developers for approval. • Review development plans for conformance with local ordinances, including subdivision and land development, zoning, grading, stormwater, escrow accounts, construction administration.
