This individual is responsible for providing effective communication with clients and appropriate project stakeholders at key points of the project execution cycle including design requirements, construction schedule and budget. Education & Qualifications Graduate of a recognized postsecondary institution with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
