Overview We're looking for a proactive, floor-present Manufacturing Engineer to help bring order to complexity across a high-variation truck body manufacturing operation. With a wide variety of customer specs and semi-custom product lines, this role is all about solving for variability, stabilizing production, and building standardized processes that actually work on the floor. You'll partner directly with welders, fabricators, assemblers, painters, and supervisors to streamline flow, write clear SOPs, and resolve production issues in real-time. From fabrication to paint to final assembly, you'll have a hand in every department and the autonomy to drive meaningful change across the shop.
