SUMMARY : The Reliability/Project Engineer is responsible for the reliability and sustainability of new and existing equipment. Lead process and product improvement efforts as a technical resource to the operations team. Support manufacturing and maintenance through MDI process, continuous improvement initiatives and troubleshooting equipment issues. Project manager for expense and CAPX projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Others as assigned. This role is accountable to: Analyzing equipment failure data to identify patterns and trends applying engineering principles to develop and implement countermeasures to prevent re-occurrence including develop/revise PM's with proper granularity and cadence.
