The New Product Development Engineer Supervisor is responsible for leading the New Product Development (NPD) engineering team, a multifunctional engineering team focused on the development of electrical connectors and busbars. This role is responsible for prototyping and validation testing in support of new product development and provides leadership and direction to a team of engineers to achieve departmental objectives.
