Job Summary: The Senior BESS Engineer provides technical leadership and subject-matter expertise for battery energy storage projects across utility-scale and commercial markets. This role is responsible for independent engineering judgment, client advisory support, and mentoring/training junior engineers, while ensuring designs meet regulatory, safety, and performance requirements. This position works closely with clients, utilities, EPCs, OEMs, and internal multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and constructible BESS solutions.
