Job Description: Job Description Objective of role: Drive a culture of operational excellence by designing and improving manufacturing processes that enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. Champion proactive manufacturing initiatives aligned with 80/20 Business Practices and ITW Toolbox principles to simplify processes, strengthen quality, and ensure product delivery to maximize customer satisfaction. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Design and improve processes, equipment, and layouts with safety/ergonomics built in; partner with EHS for compliance.
