ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB Interpret plans and specifications for water/wastewater treatment facilities. Assist in the estimation of concrete, structural steel, earthwork, process piping, and architectural elements for water/wastewater projects. Acquire and review project submittals.
