Senior Civil Engineer (PE) Location: El Monte or Fontana, CA Compensation: $150,000 to $190,000 annually, DOE Schedule: Flexible, choose from a 9/80 schedule (every other Friday off), 5/40 schedule, or 4/10 schedule Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer (PE) to lead the design and delivery of complex water infrastructure projects throughout Southern California. This leadership role is responsible for supervising engineering and design personnel while overseeing the preparation of construction drawings, specifications, technical reports, bid packages, and permitting activities for critical water system improvements. The ideal candidate will possess extensive water utility design experience , strong technical leadership, and a proven ability to manage multidisciplinary engineering projects from design through construction.
