At Duraco Specialty Materials, Manufacturing Engineers aren't stuck behind a desk. You'll be on the floor, sleeves rolled up, making things happen. This role is about turning ideas into reality-setting up machines for new SKUs and custom requests, designing jigs and fixtures, troubleshooting equipment, and finding better ways to do things every single day. You'll work with people as much as machines. Operators, supervisors, technical teams-you'll collaborate to keep production moving and improve how we do it. Some days you'll be deep in AutoCAD layouts or analyzing data in Excel. Other days, you'll be leading projects that cut downtime, reduce scrap, and boost efficiency.
