Job Description SUMMARY BLUvera, Mortenson's vertically integrated manufacturing and fabrication affiliate, is currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I to join the construction products manufacturing and fabrication process engineering department. This role is responsible for leading process improvements in plant operations, developing and implementing manufacturing processes, and providing hands-on engineering support. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Manufacturing Engineer I will ensure plant objectives in safety, quality, customer service, and cost are met through efficient and effective operations. The ideal candidate will have a combination of previous hands-on and design experience in equipment maintenance, process and product design, while providing technical leadership for complex manufacturing initiatives.
