Job Description SUMMARY: Provide engineering and technical expertise to solve complex civil-site development and permitting problems for utility substation, transmission line, and battery storage and renewables projects. This role includes both direct billable client work (project work) and project management support for projects. The incumbent is expected to lead discipline work for projects, perform responsible engineering, and support the project manager on project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
