Summary : Designs fixtures for fabrication of metal products to produce quality part which meets customer specifications. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Examines listing of open fixtures and validates current or impending need for the fixturing. Determines status of open fixtures. Determines labor, material and time necessary for completion. Works in conjunction with the Welding, Machining, and Forming SMEs to produce fixtures. Tracks fixtures to completion, including quality department and customer validation with data being stored in the corresponding part folders.
