Position Overview: The Manufacturing/Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all manufacturing processes, setups, and quality protocols meet both internal and customer-specific requirements. This position emphasizes production setup and control, fixturing, test and validation, and the consistent delivery of high-quality products. The Manufacturing/Quality Engineer serves as a key liaison among engineering, production, quality, vendors, and customers-with a strong focus on developing and maintaining systems that achieve rigorous customer quality standards (PFMEA, PCPs, FAIs, etc.).
