Roles & Responsibilities Support product design and development activities, ensuring robust and manufacturable solutions. Improve existing products by optimizing cost, manufacturing processes, quality, and supply continuity. Conduct competitive analysis, prototype evaluations, and clinical/simulated use studies to understand customer needs. Translate customer requirements into engineering specifications for product, packaging, and processes. Develop and execute test methods, including measurement system analysis and data evaluation. Prepare detailed technical reports for design verification, design changes, and product development activities. Ensure compliance with company quality policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Experience Required 0-3 years of engineering experience, preferably in medical devices. Experience with injection mold design and operation is a strong plus.
