The   CNC Engineering Technician I is part of the Advanced Machining department and supports Prototype, Process Development, and other departments in bringing new products and processes from concept through validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) to customer acceptance. This role utilizes CNC equipment for all pre-Production Release (APQP Phase 3) engineering activities. After Production Release, production setup and operation transfers to union CNC personnel. This position also provides post-release troubleshooting, diagnostics, and process optimization support as needed.
