Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities Design mechanical aspect of optical transceiver for next generation products: 1.6T, 3.2T OSFP. Must be fluent in Solidworks 3D and 2D drawings, tolerance analysis, thermal simulation using Flotherm is preferred. Document design works, BOM, Agile release, PDME collaboration. Collaborate with EE and Optical expert to integrate into the product. Perform MCR, MDR to document design progress. Occasional oversea travel to resolve DFM with vendors and factory. Education & Experience B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering. 2+ years of mechanical design experience.
