Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Senior Structural Engineer: #1. 10-15 years of structural engineering experience, including structural analysis, design, and detailing for commercial, industrial, institutional, and federal buildings. #2. Strong experience designing steel, concrete, and masonry structures for both new and existing construction projects. #3. Active Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) registration. #4.
