Tramec is currently seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join either our Tramec Sloan facility in Holland, Michigan or our Tramec Sloan facility in Galion, OH. Position Summary: The Senior Product Engineer is responsible for leading the design, development, validation, launch, and continuous improvement of products throughout their lifecycle. This position provides technical leadership, mentors junior engineers, and leads cross-functional teams while partnering with customers, suppliers, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and sales. Essential Job Functions: Lead new product development from concept through production launch. Provide technical leadership for cross-functional engineering teams.
