Summary Coordinates and supports the design and implementation of Capital Improvement and Public Works projects, ensuring compliance with City standards, regulatory requirements, and accepted engineering practices. Works with City departments, consultants, agencies, and the public to facilitate project development and delivery. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate and manage Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) from inception through construction, including scoping, design procurement, contract negotiation, design review, bidding, and construction administration.
